  Bought a faulty unit one day at 4pm, realized it was faulty by 10pm. Called Frigidaire and they told me to return the product. Keep in mind that Frigidaire is a Lowe’s brand. When I came in to exchange it I was given a hard time about it. There was nothing online or on the receipt about returning that kind of product. During the same trip we were looking for help and couldn’t find anyone, the one man we found told us to walk outside and check the garden. I know for a fact he could have used the cellphone that every employee holds and get us some help. Go to the Matthews location, this one is poor.

  Pretty good hardware store. They are well-stocked. Good for plants and flowers, too. While I like this store, I hope most people know that any hardware store is not where you want to buy flooring and installation for your home. But this place is good for anything else. We just bought a bunch of flowers to plant.
