While they were doing so they broke a ribbon cable connector on the inside of the PS3 connecting the Blu Ray drive to the motherboard. They told me that they fixed the connector but when I got home the Blu Ray drive didn't work. I took it back to them and they told me that they are not responsible for any PS3s damaged beyond repair and would not give me a refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone; I specifically chose them because they offered a warranty on their work which they would not honor.
